Gantry Bin Tipper
Applications: Fruit, vegetables, and various other product types.
Designed for plastic bins (1165mm x 1165mm x 780mm) with custom options, the system handles up to 600kg per bin and achieves tipping speeds up to 63 bins/hour, depending on gantry length and product.
Gantry widths range up to 8 metres with a galvanized UB40 frame. Integrated full/empty bin conveyors reduce forklift use, and the gantry head can feed multiple hoppers. Safety features include light curtains, soft tipping via a controlled discharge door, and full fencing. The system also includes SEW drive motors and remote-access HMI control.
