Our new Gantry bin tipper feeding multiple packaging lines with different product types, with fully automatic flow control depending on pack out rates.

- Tipping Speeds of up 63 Bin/hr – depending on Gantry length and product.
- Gantry Frame Widths between 8mtrs – l 8mtrs & Galvanized frame 310mm UB40.
- Full & Empty – In / Out bin conveyors greatly reduces forklift movements.
- Gantry Head can service multiple feed hoppers.
- Individual light curtains for full and empty bin stacks.
- Soft tipping action using a door to regulate the product discharge.
- SEW Transverse and Lift Motors.
- HM I Control with remote access via Ewon.
- Gantry Head is Powder Coated Mild Steel Construction.
